We believe massage should never feel rushed, intimidating, or filled with unexpected costs. Every client deserves an experience that is simple, transparent, and centered on healing. By treating every individual with respect, kindness, and professionalism, we hope to improve not only how our clients feel when they leave our studio, but how they continue living their lives afterward.

People don’t come to 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 just to get a massage. They come to find a place where they can finally exhale.

At New Growth Massage, I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. While cancellations are infrequent, this policy helps ensure appointment availability for all clients and respects the time reserved for your treatment.

Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.

Beginning with a client’s third late cancellation or no-notice cancellation, the cancellation fee will increase to 50% of the scheduled service.

The safety of our clients is always the priority. Cancellation fees will be waived for appointments affected by inclement weather or unsafe travel conditions.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, you are welcome to request a conversation with the owner. Each circumstance will be reviewed with care and understanding.
